Barbara Berardicurti nasce in Abruzzo, a 5 anni si trasferisce a Roma dove vive e lavora. Il suo primo quadro ad olio lo dipinge a soli 14 anni, ed inizia il suo amore per l'arte. Dopo gli studi frequenta per vari anni l'atelier di pittura del maestro Crisostomo.

1984 - Le sue prime esposizioni in Toscana e in Danimarca.

1987 -Consegue il diploma di illustratrice presso l'Istituto Europeo di Design

1992 - Diventa socia ordinaria nell'Associazione 100 Pittori di Via Margutta.

1994 - Fonda   insieme  ad   altri  artisti  tra  i  quali  il   maestro   Leonardo   de   Magistris l' Associazione  "Alternativa  94  work  in  progress",  con  la   quale   organizza  numerose esposizioni in Italia e in via Margutta.

2010 - Insieme agli artisti Kistina Milakovic, Patrizio de Magistris, con la collaborazione dell'artista Claudio Meli, gestisce  per 4 anni una galleria nel centro storico di Roma Via Giulia 194/a- Fonda insieme agli artisti soprascritti l'Associazione Culturale"STRADARTE"

2016 - Insieme ad altre artiste scultrici espone in maniera permanente le sue opere nello studio-galleria "SPAZIO ESPOSITIVO LIBERARTE" sito in via dei Salumi 49-Roma- Trastevere

2018 - Nel mese di maggio inaugura il suo nuovo studio - galleria nel cuore antico di Roma in Via della Reginella 11.

PREMI E RICONOSCIMENTI 

3° premio organizzato dal Comune di Ponzano Romano. 

4° premio alla 1^ mostra Internazionale organizzata nella città di Viterbo.

9° classificato al premio della città di Morlupo

Marzo 2016 -Selezionata nel Premio di  EuroExpoArt organizzato da NeoArtGallery durante la Fiera di Vernice Art Fair- Forlì vince una parete per esposizione nel 2017 

 ottobre 2016 - partecipa al " Premio Nazionale di pittura Civitella" Il 23 ottobre La Commissione Giudicatrice per l'assegnazione dei premi conferisce "Riconoscimento di merito" per il dipinto "Vecchio afghano"

Dicembre 2016 "Gli artisti incontrano i colori della Sicilia nella città di Archimede"- Siracusa. Segnalata dalla critica per il lavoro "Piraata il cacciatore"

Marzo 2017-Partecipa a VERNICEART FAIR FORLI'-  e vince il premio nella categoria Silver di EURO EXPO ART organizzato da Neo Art Gallery- 

Maggio 2017-Partecipa al premio d'Arte CITTA' DI BRENO e viene segnalata dalla giuria con assegnazione di coppa.

BIOGRAPHY

Born in Abruzzo, at 5 years she moved to Rome where she currently lives and works.

Her first oil painting portrays was painted when she was only 14 years old, her love for art began!

After her studies she attended for several years the painting studios of Master Giovanni Crisostomo.

 Her first exhibitions were in  Tuscany (Italy) and in Denmark.

In the following years  many temporary exhibitions, personal and collective,  have been held, especially in Rome but also around Italy and Europe.

In 1987 she attended courses in Rome at Istituto Europeo di Design (IED) where she attained her diploma of illustrator and where she improved her  techniques of painting such as oil paint, watercolour, gouache and acrylic paint, airbrush and pencil works.

Since 1992 she has been member of the association 100 Pittori di Via Margutta.

In 1994 together with others contemporary artists founds the association “Alternativa ’94 work in progress” which organizes several exhibitions in via Margutta and in various Italian regions.

In 2010 manages for 4 years, together with 4 others artists including Kristina Milakovic and Claudio Meli, a gallery in the centre of Rome in via Giulia 194/a. With them she founded “Stradarte”, an artistic and cultural association with which still organize temporary exhibitions in the historic al heart of Rome.

In recent years she has taken part in many exhibitions in Italy (Padova, Genova, Forlì etc) has exhibited her works at the Selenograd Galerie in Moscow, London

Her last exhibition in 2016, tri-personal at the food and wine Museum in Montecompatri.

In the last years she won the following awards:

Comune di Ponzano di Roma – 3rd prize;

International Exhibition in Viterbo – 4th prize;

Award organized in Morlupo – 9^th place

Awards in  2016:

VERNICE ART FAIR award “ART WOMAN” with the work “TRANSIZIONE”, award created and added by the director of the exhibition, during the Euroexpoart prize organized by the Neo Art Gallery; 

October: Civitella Val di Chiana Award: she won the critics award with the work ”Vecchio Afgano”;

1^st art collective “Gli artisti incontrano i colori della Sicilia nella città di Archimede” held in Siracusa, she won the critics award with the work “Piraata il Cacciatore”.

November 2016: selected among the finalists for the Adrenalina 2016 Jesus 3.0 prize with the work “Quo Vadis”.
